What this site is
wellnessbynook.com is the marketing brochure for the wellnessbyNOOK Outdoor Sauna. It does not process payments, does not constitute a binding offer, and does not create a contract between you and Wellness by NOOK / NOOK Prefab. Any sale of the product is governed by a separate, signed statement of work executed after the dossier stage.

What you can do
You may:
- Read, share, and link to any page on this site.
- Quote short excerpts for editorial coverage with a credit and a link back to the source page.
- Send the operator dossier to colleagues at your own organisation, provided you do not redistribute it externally.
- Submit enquiries through the contact form or by email.
What you can't do
- Republish whole pages or the operator dossier on a different site or to non-prospect audiences.
- Use any wellnessbyNOOK or NOOK Prefab trademark, wordmark, or photography in a manner that suggests endorsement or partnership where none exists.
- Submit false or misleading information through the contact form, attempt to scrape it programmatically, or use it to deliver unsolicited messages back to us.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source of any client-side script delivered by this site beyond the rights granted by applicable law.
Specifications, pricing, and availability
The product specification, pricing, and lead times shown on this site are the current published figures for our standard cabin. They are not a guarantee, an offer, or a binding price. The actual pricing for your project depends on configuration, finish selection, site survey, freight to your install address, and local tax / VAT. The contractual price is the one set out in the signed statement of work.
The pricing switcher converts to EUR and GBP via static reference rates, not live FX. The USD figure ($45,000) is the canonical price.
Warranties
The cabin ships with a structural warranty — three years for residential use; one year for commercial use, extendable to three — covering frame, cladding, glazing seals, and the EPDM roof membrane. The EPDM membrane manufacturer separately warranties the membrane for 50 years. The HUUM Drop 6 kW heater is covered by HUUM's own manufacturer warranty.
No other warranty is given by the website itself. Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction (for example UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU Directive 2019/771, or California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act) apply where applicable and override anything inconsistent in these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Wellness by NOOK nor NOOK Prefab is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual property
All copy, photography, drawings, schematics, and code on this site are owned by NOOK Prefab unless otherwise marked. Third-party marks (HUUM, Carlisle SynTec, Rockwool, PEFC, ThermoWood) are named for accurate product description; we do not claim ownership of them and they remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party links
Where we link off-site (for example to UNESCO, PEFC, or a processor's privacy policy) we have no control over the target content. The link is provided for transparency or sourcing; it does not imply endorsement of the linked organisation's commercial offerings.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For business users, any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct correspondence is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain. Consumers keep any mandatory rights given by the law and courts of their country of residence, including EU consumer jurisdiction rules where they apply.

Changes to these terms
We will post material changes here and update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance. If a change materially affects an active prospect relationship, we will notify you by email.
