Three NOOK buildings — the sauna, a single room and a double room — one family composed in a Mediterranean garden at dusk
Wellness spaces — the range

The spa wing, already built.

Three buildings — the NOOK Sauna, the NOOK 10 and the NOOK 20 — fitted out as treatment rooms, changing rooms, studios and lounges, and composed into the wellness grounds hotels are building instead of spa wings.

Composed grounds

Three sizes of ambition, drawn to the property.

Every ground is a hotel wellness circuit composed from the same three buildings — around the pool and gardens the property already owns.

Spa Lounge & Tea Room

Towels, teas, low seating — the warm room between rooms; the rest & tea pavilion of The Garden. Fitted out and quoted per project.

Multi-purpose by design

One building, configured as demand changes.

The NOOK 20, drawn through five fit-outs. States 1–2 are a furniture-and-separator reset; moving between treatment, studio, gym or lounge is a refit — planned works, not a same-day flip.

State 01

Couples treatment — two beds

The double room as one booking: two beds, one private hour, sold at the couples rate.

COUPLES TREATMENT
State 02

Two single rooms

A non-permanent separator divides it: two single rooms, an entrance each side, booked separately when demand is high. The separator is not permanent — the room follows the booking.

SEPARATOR — NON-PERMANENT

And when the property's plans change, the interior refits — or the room cranes out and redeploys. Capacity in phases, not a building you can't reverse.

The gap

The room most spa plans leave unresolved.

Most outdoor spa plans stop at the heat — and send a robed guest back through reception to change. The NOOK 20 with a bathroom closes the loop: its own bathroom (Roca or equivalent sanitaryware — [FACT: confirm scope]; accessible layouts project-specific to local code), a bench, hooks and robe space. Two give you men's and women's; one gives you a unisex garden facility. A guest mid-circuit never walks back into the building.

What we ask before configuring 1

The positions on your plan — where the ground sits, and what it faces.

2

Your opening target — the date the first room must earn.

3

How you want to operate it — who books, at what rate, turned round by whom.

Questions

Composing a ground — the ones buyers ask.

What rooms make up an outdoor hotel spa?
A sauna, a cold plunge, one or more treatment rooms, a changing room — and, at full scale, a movement studio and a spa lounge or tea room. NOOK composes these from three buildings: the NOOK Sauna, the NOOK 10 single room and the NOOK 20 double room, arranged as The Ritual (1–3 units), The Circuit (4–6) or The Garden (7–10+).
Can one wellness cabin serve more than one use?
Yes. The NOOK 20 is multi-purpose by design: a couples treatment room becomes two single rooms with a non-permanent separator, and a planned refit turns the same shell into a studio, recovery gym or spa lounge. States beyond the separator reset are planned works, not a same-day flip — the room follows the booking, honestly.
Do hotels need an outdoor changing room for a spa garden?
In practice, yes — it is the room most plans leave unresolved. Without one, a robed guest walks back through reception to change. A NOOK 20 with a bathroom gives the garden its own changing room — washroom, bench and robe space; two give men's and women's, one gives a unisex facility, and the circuit stays outdoors end to end.
How many wellness cabins does a hotel spa garden need?
From one to ten or more, phased. A single sauna is a complete bookable amenity; The Ritual (1–3 units) adds cold and treatment; The Circuit (4–6) adds changing and a studio around your pool; The Garden (7–10+) is the complete outdoor spa. Most properties start with the sauna and add rooms as bookings prove demand.
Do you supply the pools and cold plunges?
Cold plunges, ice baths and jacuzzis are project-specific scope NOOK can source and clad to match your chosen finish, set into the deck or standing alone. Swimming pools, excavation, water treatment and final connections remain the property's scope — in every plan we draw, your pool appears as a dashed outline: yours, honestly marked.
What is included in a modular hotel wellness room?
Every building ships with a thermo-treated timber envelope, double-glazed full-height openings, complete electrical and LED lighting, A/C pre-installation, six reversible screw piles, coded components with a building file, and a structural warranty — one year commercial as standard, extendable to three. Production runs 8–12 weeks by scope; each unit cranes in in under two hours. Fit-out is configured and quoted per project.
What site works remain the hotel's responsibility?
Services trenches and final connections, permits and local consultants, landscaping, and pools are the property's scope — carried out from our drawings. Foundations run two routes: ours or your contractor's. We deliver, crane and commission the buildings, and the dossier carries the full responsibility matrix line by line.
